Research

Since my undergraduate years, I have consistently focused my research on silicon photonics—the field of integrated optics using silicon. My work specifically centers on the “design of optical devices, circuits, and systems” and the “seamless integration of photonics and electronics.” Through the creation of innovative light-based devices, circuits, and systems, I am dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to society.

学部生時代から現在まで一貫して、シリコンを用いた集積光学であるシリコンフォトニクスの分野の研究を行っています。その中でも特に「光デバイス・光回路・光システムの設計」と「光と電気のシームレスな融合」に焦点を当てた研究を行っています。光を用いた革新的なデバイス・回路・システムの創出を通じて、社会に貢献することを目指しています。
